A board game for 2 players by Néstor Romeral Andrés
LOT is played on an orthogonal grid of 7 x 7 squares. Two players, black and white, struggle to create a line of three stacks of 2 pieces each in any direction (orthogonal or diagonal). LOT features a simple piece-removal game mechanism that makes loops impossible, but at the same time, produces potentially long games in a very small playing area.
The name LOT comes from ‘Line Of Three’ and also from ‘Lots Of Turns’.
There are 2 editions of LOT:
- LOT with nice plastic counters (small picture on the top-right) : Cotton case, board, 45 white counters, 45 blue counters. Counters are made of plastic and they're 15 mm diameter and 5 mm tall.
- LOT with beautiful acrylic counters (big picture): Cotton case, board, 45 'ice' white counters, 45 black counters. Counters are made of laser-cut acrylic. They're 17 mm diameter and 8 mm tall.
