Myriath is an abstract strategic tile placing board game for 2 to 4 players by Martijn Althuizen.
The aim of the game is to connect as many tail ends of your own pieces as possible to other pieces. When placing a piece, at least one of its tail ends (or half of it) must connect to an opponent piece. The player with the most connected tail ends wins the game.
The tiles are made of shiny and clacky laser-cut acrylic (3mm thick). The pic below show a game being played with the basic set (2 players) plus the expansion (3-4 players).
Base game (2 players): Board, 19 red tiles, 19 blue tiles, cotton case.
Expansion (3-4 players): 19 green tiles, 19 yellow tiles.
