A board game for 2 to 5 players by Scott and Anna-Marie Nelson.
In PENGUIN PANIC: The Great Icescape, the players control penguin placement in a prison yard. They place penguins into various places that will benefit themselves, filling up the area they have control of. Each player needs to help penguins escape from the prison. Careful placement allows the penguins to escape the region they have filled up (without helping their opponents too much, due to the overlapping areas of the prison).
Components: cotton case, board (illustrated by Xavier Carrascosa), 50 laser-cut acrylic penguins in 5 colours, 15 counters in 5 colours, 4 black dice.
Scott and Anna-Marie Nelson will donate all their designer royalties to the Jack Vasel Memorial Fund, dedicated to provide financial assistance to members of the public who are part of the gaming community and who have suffered personal hardship.
